Josh Lavoie

Josh is an Exercise Physiologist with a strong foundation in exercise science, performance training, and human behavior. He holds a B.S. in Exercise Science (Allied Health) with dual minors in Psychology and Sport & Exercise Psychology, is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist (EP-C), and maintains current AHA BLS certification. His academic background allows him to blend evidence based programming with an understanding of motivation, adherence, and long term behavior change.

Josh has hands on experience working with a wide range of clients through fitness specialist roles, performance assessments, and clinical exposure alongside physical therapists. His approach emphasizes proper movement, intelligent progression, and sustainable results whether the goal is fat loss, strength, conditioning, or returning to peak performance. Known for his detail oriented coaching style and high standards, Josh focuses on helping clients train with purpose, consistency, and confidence.
